Design Brief
This project was done with the combined use of programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Krita. To bring forth the culmination of this app.
This app which I am naming "Ink Shy" was made in order to help people interested in the tattoo industry. Whether they are interested in getting a new tattoo, looking to promote their work, or even tattoo shop to the public.
I wanted this app to work much like the dating apps that are now common place, apps such as Tinder and Bumble. Primarily with their profile swiping functions, where the user would be able to view the profile of a specific tattoo artist or tattoo shop. In where they would be able to see select works, reviews by previous customers, and where they are located. Each artist and shop that they are to swipe right on (to put simply that they like) would be saved for them to get into contact with at a later time.
I wanted to take on this specific concept for my app as I am a very big fan of the tattoo industry and wish for it to become more accessible to everyone. As finding a tattoo artist or shop that you might like can be very overwhelming especially for someone new to the industry.

When not doing school work or at actual work, Chloe loves to spend her free time scrolling through social media. She loves looking at art, and has developed a liking for tattoos.

Many of the sites she has visited so far for information, have been very overwhelming and confusing. Chloe needs a place to find this information that won't overwhelm her while still giving the necessary information about tattoo shops in her area.
